Lance Spencer was elected divisional member for Goldsworth East & Horsell Village in 2021.

He sits on the Communities, Environment & Highways, and the Resource & Performance Select Committees. 

Lance has a particular interest in issues around climate change and chairs the Greener Futures Members' Task Group.

He is also especially committed to holding the County Council to account on its strategy and services for children and young people with SEN.
