Louise Morales was elected to the County Council in July 2025 and is the divisional member for Woking South. She represents the Council on Surrey Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education (SACRE).

 In May 2023 she was re-elected to Woking Borough Council and represents Hoe Valley ward.

Louise is the current planning portfolio holder for Woking borough council.

Louise’s priorities are ensuring that in the future plans for Woking and Surrey, the needs of all residents are considered. This should include infrastructure such as joined up routes for cyclists and pedestrians to access village and town centres, and sufficient housing with services such as schools and community use buildings, so that whatever shape Surrey takes, the voice and needs of residents are not ignored.
