Penny Rivers
Divisional Member for Godalming North.
Penny was re- elected as county councillor for Godalming North in May 2021.
In May 2023 she was re-elected to Waverley Borough Council, representing Godalming, Farncombe and Cattershall, and is also serving as Mayor for Waverley for 2023-24.
Penny is also a Godalming Town councillor.
